What is your return policy?
Subscription membership boxes and packages cannot be returned.
If you have received a damaged item, please contact us and we will send you a replacement.
We do not accept returns on boxes due to change of mind.
Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@praiseandprayerbox.com.
Please note we may not be able to get the exact same item in the case of this, we will send you an equivalent item.
Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
Shipping
To return a damaged product, please contact info@praiseandprayerbox.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
If you are shipping an item back, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Overview
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged: Perishable goods such as food, flowers, books, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Some health and personal care items
There are certain situations where only exchanges are not granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, software, video game or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
